Custom Windows Image
At Central Innovation we create our own custom Windows 10 Professional image, where we have removed certain applications that we have found to cause issues with certain CAD platforms, and removed unwanted games and locked down certain drivers so Windows won’t update critical drivers whenever it wants. AS we create our own image we also update this with major windows updates after testing or when we have discovered a bug that causes issues with certain CAD software but wasn’t discovered by the ISV certification process.
Central Innovation Support and Service
As with all of our IC3D Series desktops and all MSI mobile workstations we also offer complimentary installation of your chosen CAD package and MS office 2016 or 2019. Customers who purchase our MSI laptops also receive the same legendry technical support that our customers of our own IC3D branded workstations get. Unlike others we will not send you to MSi for technical support.
