Robert specialises in the following disciplines; Agile project management, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, business processes, CAD design and BIM project team implementation.

Robert’s primary focus as a Senior Learning and Development Leader is to develop organisational effectiveness through enhancing individual, leadership, team capability and productivity in order to meet current and future business needs.

Ci Academy currently have a number of exciting new courses on offer including our SOLIDWORKS PRIME course which is a compact course running over two days in the classroom and integrated with online learning reducing productivity loss at the business end whilst enhancing learning outcomes. In addition Ci Academy is also offering its accredited AgilePM and BIM courses covering industry leading project management techniques and methodology.
