BlueBeam Webinar: 15th May In this live online webinar we will be showcasing one of our Common Data Environment centrepieces, Bluebeam. Bluebeam is used by architects and construction companies in the AEC industry to improve communication and reduce risk. In this product overview, our certified trainer Karolis will demonstrate the key features of the software. Karolis will show you how Bluebeam can be used to compare and flag changes between multiple PDFs, to automatically track changes. He’ll also show you how Bluebeam Studio and Sessions work, enabling project stakeholders to work in collaboration from anywhere in the world on the same document. They can then automatically count, mark-up and measure elements for quantity take-offs then export this data to excel, rename all the pages of a PDF in just a few clicks.
ARCHICAD CineRender Webinar: 16th May We will be running a CineRender tips and tricks webinar where our ARCHICAD Product Manager, Michael Warr will outline some tricks he showed off at a recent usergroup to quickly improve the quality of your renders. In this 30 minute presentation We’ll demonstrate how to create realistic grass by mapping the individual blades to get their colour from an image texture, improve the light quality of renders in dark rooms without the excessive use of lights, create simple environmental reflections to add extra reflections and generate context in your renders, simulate surface undulations and topography through the use of two different methods and then lastly we’ll show you how to create some basic lighting effects including neon signs!
IFC out of ARCHICAD Webinar: 23 May In this webinar, we will briefly demonstrate how to populate and manage the data of elements exported from ARCHICAD into IFC files.
