Dear Customers,

GRAPHISOFT Headquarters has advised us that starting late yesterday, GRAPHISOFT websites – including those used by the ARCHICAD License Manager Tool – have been experiencing intermittent issues making them un-reachable by a large number of customers.

This means that for now, graphisoft.com websites may not be accessible, and the License Manager tool may not be not usable to upload, download, or update licenses. You may see error messages such as “No internet connection could be established” when trying to access this site.

We have been advised that GRAPHISOFT are working on fixing it as a matter of priority, but don’t have an estimated resolution time yet. We will provide an update as more information comes to hand or the issue is resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Note this does not impact Central Innovation, or Cadimage websites such as support.graphisoft.com.au or mycadimage.com but may affect some services available from those sites.
