Manisha is the Head of Marketing at Central Innovation Group. Her portfolio includes brand, marketing, customer experience and ecommerce.

Manisha has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing across APAC region. In her career trajectory, she has spearheaded projects on digital marketing, increasing marketing share and share of wallet, brand positioning and digital transformation.

Manisha is passionate about building strong teams and all things data and marketing.

Trish Persini

Trish leads the HR and Talent team at Central Innovation.

With over 20 years of experience in leading people and culture teams in the ANZ region, Trish brings a wealth of knowledge in recruiting, training and developing talent. At Central Innovation, Trish has been instrumental in driving the Employee Value Proposition, employee recognition and development pathways for the teams across the Ci Group.

Passionate about strong leadership and building strong employee culture, Trish enjoys stimulating conversations on everything employee engagement and a good gin.

Caspar Deman

Caspar Deman is the Commercial Director of Central Innovation. In his current role, he leads the portfolios of finance, IT, HR and shared services.

Caspar brings to the table an experience of over 20 years working in leadership roles in across multiple sectors including Energy, Media and Fintech. In recent years, he has had leadership positions at Tyro Payments and News Corp Australia. Through these experiences, Caspar has led teams and projects responsible for financial stewardship, commercial business partnering, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, ERP systems, digital transformation, process optimisation and operational accounting.

An alma mater of Bristol University and a qualified CA, Caspar enjoys problem solving and working with a diverse group of people. Caspar’s passion about the role of Finance in solving business problems and driving profitable growth through business partnering, process optimisation and technology is a big driver in supporting Central Innovation in keeping up with the rapid growth journey we intend to embark on.

Shannon Reshno

Shannon is the Chief Operating Officer of Central Innovation and is responsible for steering the product and revenue growth of the Ci Group in ANZ and international markets.

An experienced leader, Shannon brings to the team a strong experience in mining, manufacturing, power, food and engineering sectors. Prior to joining Central Innovation, Shannon has help leadership roles at organisations like Weir Minerals, Tyco, Howden,and Donaldson where he had responsibilities for the teams responsible for concept and technical design, business development, mergers & acquisitions, sales and marketing.

At Central Innovation, Shannon has had several leadership roles including Group Sales Director and General Manager of the Manufacturing Solutions portfolio before taking his current role. He also spearheaded the acquisition of Cadspace in 2022 and its subsequent absorption within the manufacturing solutions division.

Shannon’s aim is to utilise his strengths in establishing and mentoring teams, change management and bridging the gap between the technical and commercial aspects of business to propel the Central Innovation growth journey.
