Supported Archicad Versions
In accordance with the Graphisoft Customer Support Policy, support for previous versions is as follows:
- Central Innovation Technical Services will Support the Current and the previous 2 versions. Additionally, bug reporting and basic technical support is provided for any versions currently in Technical Preview.
- Graphisoft 2nd Tier Support (GRAPHISOFT headquarters) will not process support tickets related to versions any older than the current and immediately previous version.
- Updates that where possible improve performance, add features or address bugs found in the software are provided for the current version and the immediately previous version.

Technical support is offered free of charge for clients with a current Select or Graphisoft Forward Agreement.

A ticket will be logged by the answering agent and depending on the issue, you will receive support from the next available BIM specialist.
