Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

FEA is used to simulate and analyse the behaviour of a component or assembly under given conditions, typically to identify any issues with structural integrity and thereby ensure safety and reliability. Using this discipline allows us to better understand how the component or product will perform in the real world, without need for a physical prototype.

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Analysis

This discipline, which utilises algorithms and numerical methodology to simulate and analyse fluid flow behaviour, enables us to predict complex interactions of fluids (liquids and gases) with structures, surfaces and each other across engineering applications. It encompasses thermal analysis, aerodynamic analysis, environmental flows and multiphysics simulations.

Electromagnetic (EMAG) Analysis

We utilise computational techniques and extensive in-house expertise to model and analyse the behaviour of electromagnetic fields in devices, structures or systems. This typically involves complex mathematical equations which describe the interactions of electric and magnetic fields. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Services

Static Analysis

Quality stress and displacement analysis requires excellent attention to detail, high-density FEA models, accurate materials and contact behavior, and an experienced Abaqus analyst to set it all up to converge well.

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Services

Flow Field Visualization

One of the most basic and important aspects of CFD simulations is determining how the flow field develops and moves through a system or around a body immersed in the fluid.

Design changes can be implemented to eliminate them with help from multiple optimization techniques (what-if, single-goal optimization, multivariable design-of-experiments).

– Identifying stagnant areas and recirculation zones in flow fields.

Pressure Drop Calculation

Free Surface Flow Analysis

Free surface flow simulation within CFD can be used to predict tank sloshing or draining and filling speed.
