We’re so excited to celebrate Gabrielle Pelletier, Associate Director at Sam Crawford Architects, who has just taken out the 2025 NSW Emerging Architect Prize. The award recognises not only her design talent but also her leadership in sustainability and her work shaping the future of the profession through the Australian Institute of Architects.
Gabrielle has been a driving force behind projects that make a real difference, from social and affordable housing to community facilities and the award winning Blacktown Animal Rehoming Shelter. She’s also been leading the way in sustainability, helping set new standards for reporting and introducing Archicad’s DesignLCA plugin to measure carbon in projects.
Where Archicad, Ci Tools and Central Innovation come in
Archicad has been the backbone of Sam Crawford Architects for nearly a decade, helping the team work smarter, streamline collaboration and bring ideas to life faster. With the extra efficiency of Ci Tools like Keynotes, Cabinets, Doors and Detail Elements, Gabrielle’s team can cut down on repetitive tasks, embed carbon data into templates and keep projects moving smoothly. And with Central Innovation’s support always on hand, they know they’re never on their own.
These tools have given Gabrielle and her team the space to do what they love most: creating architecture that is innovative, sustainable and meaningful.
