BIMcloud Permissions – Editing Roles

Roles in BIMcloud are a set of permissions that describe what the owner of the role can do with specific element types or data types. Customised Roles can be created and Edited when logged into the BIMcloud Manager as the Admin User.

Select ‘Roles’ in the BIMcloud Manager to edit permissions:

Select the desired Role, then click ‘Edit’ to adjust permissions for the selected Role.

• Check/uncheck a box to add or remove permissions
• Check/uncheck a permissions group name to add/remove all permissions of that group at once.

Select ‘Save’ to save changes made.
