Pivot Doors
Today we will look at how to model a Pivot Door using the Ci Tools Door & Ci Tools Window – yes, it is possible to use the Ci Tools Window to model a Door suite.
By simply entering the pin offset dimension as designated below, a normal swing door will automatically change to a pivot door, hence demonstrating the true capabilities of achieving different door types in a single Tool.
The Ci Tools Doors & Windows are renowned to offer greater modelling flexibility than the default Archicad Doors and Windows. Comprised of only 4 tools, you can choose to either unleash your creativity or simply replicate suites as per manufacturers’ specifications.
