How to Clear ArchiCAD’s Library Cache

In Windows, go to C:\Users\[your username]\Appdata\Local\Graphisoft\ArchiCAD-64 Cache Folder

In Mac OSX, go to your Finder and click ‘Go’ from the top menu

Then hold down the ALT key and the Library option will appear

Click on that, and then continue to: Library>Cache>Graphisoft>ArchiCAD-64 Cache Folder

Now delete the ArchiCAD-64 xx.0.0 NZE R1 or ArchiCAD-64 xx.0.0 folder
