In conjunction with the fancy new Tabbed interface for both platforms, ARCHICAD 19 also includes an overhaul of the windowing system used in the OSX interface, bringing it in line with the way the Windows interface works.

The new Unified-Window design means that all of the palettes and panels that were previously floating around, are now all contained by 1 overall window, which is easily resizable, and supports changing to Full-Screen mode with just 1-click, making ARCHICAD 19 feel like the most ‘natural’ BIM application on the Mac.

The palettes and windows can be docked and undocked inside the single-window interface, and can also be dragged out of it and onto a second (or more!) display.

And because the OSX interface and the Windows one look and work so much alike now, transferring Work Environments between the 2 will be much easier.
