Check for BIMcloud Update

1. BIMcloud Manager checks automatically for new updates.
2. If there is a new Update (fixing a number of registered issues) it will be available after login to BIMcloud Manager. This notification gets ignored since we are all busy.
3. Please make sure to run the Update 2x both on the Manager and the Server components (outside of teamwork hours) by following the steps of Update Components of current BIMcloud.
