Ci Select – Place Objects within Selected Fill Polygons (Since Archicad 26)

If you want to copy objects with the CTRL+U/Command+U Multiply shortcut there you can have these options: Drag, Rotate, Elevate, or Matrix

and with these Graphical Input Methods: Increment and Spread, Increment, Spread, or Distribute

We can pick or not pick a path before we input and we can set a rotation or have a randomize and/or Vertical Displacement etc.

These might be useful if the area where you want to multiply an element is a square shape with a Grid Matrix or along a line/spline/polyline.

But if the area is an amorphous shape and if you want to spread the object with random shifts you can use this method that is available for Select Clients.
