Easy Building Material Editing

When we want to edit building materials, rather than having to find the material you need out of the entire list, there is a quick way to track down materials that are associated with a building element.

In order to find materials quickly, what you will want to do is select an element that has the materials you want to edit, such as a wall, and than open up the building material settings under ‘Options > Element Attributes > Building Materials’.

Once you open up the palette, you’ll want to click the header above the very left column in the building material list, and this will bring all the materials associated with the select element(s) to the top of the list ready for you to edit and highlight them in green.
