AEC - Tip of the Day, Archicad
Using the Trace Reference, you can use the Eyedropper to pick up settings from an element in the Trace Reference and place an instance of that element in the current view. This technique is especially useful for accessing templated resources on a Worksheet or when modelling across different Stories to bring in elements from another story. This approach helps avoid cluttering the Model Space with resources. Simply turn off the Trace when finished to hide these resources, keeping your workspace clean and efficient.
