How Help Tags Help you

Have you ever come across a button that had only an icon, and you couldn’t figure out what it did? As an example, without looking it up, what does this button do?

Well, there’s an easy way to find out. If you go to the Help menu and click “Show Help Tags”, hovering your mouse over any button will tell you the name of the command, or toggle, or tool, or window that that button activates.

Now I can see that the button from earlier toggles element snapping, and even what shortcut is assigned to it!
