CI Tools Keynotes is a great way to also create legends for specification
Open the Keynotes Palette and Create a new set of key notes to suit your project. You can determine your level of detail for each field or just keep it simple.
Select the Keynote Label and adjust your settings. Double Click on the key note in the palette to then place in your View Map.
Once complete you can export the Keynotes from the Keynote Manager to be reused in future projects.
This exported file is then saved as a CSV.
From this tool you can also create a Legend . When ready select CI Tools > Keynotes > Create Schedule.
Select Default Settings to manage the way your legend will then appear.
