Link drawing to…

Have you ever used the “Link drawing to…” option? It’s a very useful resource when setting up layouts!

A good workflow for setting up layouts of multiple plan views is to duplicate the layout and just replace the content.

To do that, press Ctrl/Cmmd and move the layout inside the folder. It will create a copy of it.

Now, right-click on the view inside the layout and select the option “Link drawing to…”.

Select the next story view, it will keep the same alignment.
