If you need some urgent assistance with your Archicad, lodging a Support Ticket will add your issue to the queue.

Our support queue treats urgent issues first, but we aim to respond to you as soon as possible.

Log into MyCi to create a Support Ticket

Select My Support > Support Tickets to enter a new ticket.

Make sure you include as much detail as possible, describe the problem, include details about your hardware and software update.
