PDF Publishing Security Options

When publishing PDF’s in a publisher set, there are a variety of options you can adjust to control the security of the PDF being created. To access these, select the PDF in our publisher set, and click the Document Options button below. In the subsequent menu that appears, you’ll want to than open the PDF options:

This menu than allows you to do such things as choose whether to export the layer structure with the PDF, include project info, setting a password for opening and allowing or not allowing others to explode, annotate or print the PDF’s contents.
