Site With Limits

Most of the time you require to limit the maximum height allowed to build in the terrain, in Archicad you can use a workaround to do this:

• First, create a surface with bright colour and then use it to get a new Building material that will use this texture.

• Duplicate the existing mesh and move it vertically until the desire position (Limit of the construction)

• Change the settings of the mesh using the Building material created, don’t override the Surfaces and use the top Surface only.

• This will help you to visualize the construction limit, also you can use “Collision detection” if is necessary.
