Trace and Reference – Reference on Top

The trace and reference is a very handy tool when trying to coordinate multiple views together.

One option that is very handy with the tool, is the option to place the reference on top:

This means that whatever view you are trace referencing, it will always appear above the content in your current view. This combined with the ability to make the trace more transparent makes the overlay process a much easier task to coordinate.

This button can be found on either the trace and reference palette or under the side menu of the trace tooltip icon.
