Did you know that you can drag and drop SketchUp objects into Archicad 25?
It is as simple as selecting and downloading .skp objects from the Trimble SketchUp Library, save to your computer, then drag and drop into your model
However what if you want to make changes? Size or Colour? The .skp file converts to a Library object and you can find it in your Embedded Library
To manipulate the object you would need to Right Click and Convert to a Morph. Once this is done you can access parameters like size and material, using Surface Painter or manipulating the original material in the Surfaces Palette
To complete the new object, File > Libraries & Objects > Save Selection As > Object
Suddenly your library of objects has really expanded!
