  1. The Fallback Option: For customers converting, converted subscriptions will be renewed at the standard subscription list price after their conversion term runs out. Alternatively, customers may choose to fall back onto the perpetual path with their licences. In such cases, their perpetual licences will be upgraded to the then most perpetual software- albeit without the SSA/Forward/Subscription Support coverage going forward.   2. All offers can only be secured if full payment is made by close of business on the 31st December 2025. However, if you require the licence straight away, you'll need to purchase the licence by 23rd December, as we will be closed during the Xmas and New Year Holidays between 25th December 2025 - 9th December 2026.
  3. Training and Consultancy offers must be taken within 1 year of purchase. Clients must cancel or reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advanced otherwise cancellation fees will be applied. All services purchased under this offer must be delivered by 30 March 2026. This condition applies exclusively to the December promotion.
