Starting from SOLIDWORKS 2020 SP3, there is a UI change for the Quick Access Tools.
The default Quick Access Tools are sitting under the Command Manager now (refer to the below image)
To change this option, please go to “Customize” > “Toolbars” > “Quick Access Tools” then select the option “Show in the Menu Bar”
Once this is done, the tools will start to show in the original place (refer to the below image)
