Sometimes when you are sifting through wall of text trying to find the Surface you want, or which View your were working on earlier, it can help to change things up a bit with some Emoji
You can add emojis in most places where you can put text in Archicad - it helps to easily spot the things you are looking for, and also makes things a little more, dare I say, fun?
NOTE: Just make sure not to use them in the names of anything that you might be Outputting - i.e. Surface names if you are using them in Finishes schedules, View Names or IDs if you are showing those on your title blocks. I don't think your colleagues will be pleased if they run off a publisher set and find this all over the PDFs:
You can use Cmd-Ctrl-Space on a Mac, or Win+. on Windows to bring up the Emoji picker - although in some cases, you will need to place the emoji in a text editor or something (textedit or notepad work fine), and copy-paste it in. Also, unfortunately, they are a little less colourful on Windows, although still useful!
