Central Innovation today confirmed it has entered into an agreement with Graphisoft SE to sell its AEC businesses. Graphisoft Australia and Central Innovation NZ Limited are the exclusive distribution partners of Graphisoft BIM products across ANZ.
For Central Innovation customers: it’s business as usual.
Central Innovation will continue operating as normal with the same teams, services and support, and the company is moving forward with increased focus on its core business — including its new offering, MaXXflow, an AI-enabled MRP solution coming to market that will continue to strengthen the Central Innovation product offering when it is released later this year.
“This will not disrupt Central Innovation” said Shannon Reshno, COO of Central Innovation. “In fact, this gives us even more focus. Central Innovation remains fully committed to supporting its customers — we’re charging forward and we’re excited about our manufacturing solutions and bringing MaXXflow to the market this year.”
For AEC customers, continuity is the priority. Customers will continue working with the same local teams they know today through the transition, now with the backing of Graphisoft’s broader organisation.

Central Innovation will be more focused on its core capabilities, ANZ-made software solutions and on rolling out MaXXflow MRP later this year.
For Graphisoft / AEC customers in Australia and New Zealand:
Same team, same relationships. You will continue to deal with the same Graphisoft ANZ people locally.
