ArchiCAD 28 users are discovering their properly licensed Ci Tools won't launch due to a critical library loading change.
When the Tools are installed with a valid license and still cannot use the tools in ArchiCAD 28, it usually is because the libraries are not loaded in. Unlike the previous versions of ArchiCAD, in ArchiCAD 28 you need to load in the Ci Tools Library Packages before using the tools.
Unlike the monolithic libraries, this library needs to be brought in by selecting all the files in the folder.
