Using the Marquee Tool and Find & Select

If you are using a Marquee to select an area of your project this will be available in the Find & Select dialogue allowing you to choose a number of selection criteria.

Just like if you were using the Arrow tool options, but with the added power of Find & Select. This makes selecting specific types of elements with in areas of the project far easier.
