Have you ever thought about placing a 90-degree door at the corner of your living room opening out to your backyard?
- First you want to select the curtain-wall tool, located in the toolbox.
- This tool can also be found under Design > Architectural Tools > Corner-window
- Click once on the curtain-wall icon located on the infobox tab or double-click on the curtain wall tool in the toolbox bar to open the Corner-Window Default settings dialogue box.
- Select the preferred sliding door in the Sliding Windows folder. Also, please change the opening type to single sliding, this option is located under the SLIDING WINDOW SETTINGS tab
- Change the classification of the window to door. This will allow Archicad to identify this element as a door, a necessary precaution if you intend to generate additional information involving doors.
- With the corner-window tool still selected, place the window on one of the walls, choose the side you want the door to slide from.
The tool will automatically apply another window to the adjacent wall
- To complete the 90 degree door, please adjust the height accordingly
