Service Update – MyCi Downtime

Due to factors outside our control, the MyCi portal is currently unavailable.
We are working to restore it as soon as possible, but in the meantime, most other services for you will still be operational.
- Archicad, and Archicad Licensing is unaffected and will work as normal
- Ci Tools that are already installed/activated will work as normal
This outage may affect you if you:
- Need to install or activate the CI Tools,
- Need to access MyCi,
- Need to access online support.
