Q: What does my 12-month subscription cover?
- A: In this first release there are 8 Graphisoft certified courses plus Twinmotion and CineRender courses, recorded in their entirety. Each course includes training exercises and in most cases a training manual to help reinforce your learning. As the Ci Learning platform develops, recordings of training webinars and tutorials will be indexed and added to the learning knowledge base.
Q: Is the content of the videos the same as I would see if I attended a virtual classroom or face to face course?
- A: The Ci Learning content and format is identical to Central Innovation’s virtual and face to face courses. The only difference is that access to your live trainer is once per week at the scheduled Q&A tutorials.
Q: Is there a limit to how many times I can watch the videos or go through the course material?
- A: No. The subscription provides open unlimited access to all courses and training resources for twelve months.
Q: Is there a limit on how many Q&A tutorials or Ci Learning webinars I can attend?
- A: No. Having access to live weekly Ci Learning sessions is gold. There are weekly sessions on each course topic, and you can attend any or all of them regardless of which course you are studying at the time. So, if a particular issue or challenge comes up in a project you are working on, you can check-in to the relevant session and discuss any questions with your trainer.
Q: What if I get stuck and don’t understand a concept in the video. How do I progress my learning?
- A: There are a few of ways that you can progress your learning:
- Re-watch that section as many times as you need to grasp the concept.
- Refer to the relevant section in the training manual that may explain the concept slightly differently to the video
- Attend any of the scheduled weekly Q&A forums for that course and discuss the course element with your trainer.
Q: What if I discover that this style of learning is not for me? Can I get a refund on the subscription?
- A: Yes. You can try out Ci Learning and review all the courses and live tutorials for thirty days and if you somehow consider it is not a significant resource for your business, you can cancel your full subscription and request a refund.
Q: How is the cost calculated for my business?
- A: The cost is based on providing a learning and professional development framework at an enterprise level. The current price is just AUD$360 for each Archicad user licence in your business, unless you may have received a discount offer option.
Q: What if I just want training for just one or two team members?
- A: Ci Learning is provided as a strategic benefit to help Ci Select customers to develop the resources in their business. If you just want to purchase training courses individually, we also offer an extensive range of face-to-face and virtual courses that are open to the general market.
Q: What if I’m part way through a course when my subscription expires?
- A: Ci Learning is a strategic training resource for your business. Your Ci Learning subscription renewal is less than half the cost of doing a single course. You are not purchasing course-by-course training, you have a subscription to a learning resource. It is feasible that you could complete a full compliment of courses within 12 months, or you might just pace out your professional development with ongoing access to certified trainers.
