Export Properties to IFC file

If you are using ARCHICAD 20 new feature Property Manager and plan to share a BIM file as an IFC, you can make sure that your Properties are included in the file by just checking the translator.

Go to File>Interoperability> IFC > IFC Translation Setup> Select a Translator > Export Options> Building Information Data to Export> Data Settings and Check ‘Element Properties‘
