Want to measure an area or the volume of an element?
Window > Palettes > Element Information
The Element Information Palette is useful way to measure. It displays the area & volumes both with and without holes.
Handy way to measure cut and fill with your existing and proposed meshes for example.
• Classifications and Properties
• Length, circumference and thickness values
• Area values
• Height values
• Surface area values
• Volume values
Use the pop-up commands in the top right corner of the palette to save or print the data shown.
