Floor Plan Display of Roof & Slab

If you wish to have different display settings for Fills and outlines of roof and slabs on different levels, than form the roof/slab settings go to floor plan display < show on stories < select the custom option.

From this Dialogue box you should be able to define custom settings for outlines and fills.
